PAN format, GSTIN checksum, Aadhaar Verhoeff, and IBAN mod-97

Boolean checks for a PAN, a GSTIN checksum, an Aadhaar Verhoeff checksum, and an IBAN. None of the methods throw, and none of them mask. Version 0.1.1 is in source and is not on nuget.org yet.

NuvyntraLabs.NET.* is a class library, not a Plugin.Maui.* package. The install command applies after 0.1.1 is published. Until then, reference the project in the hub submodule.

Overview

NuvyntraLabs.NET.Identifiers answers whether a tax or bank identifier matches its format and checksum. Email, phone, and required fields stay on Plugin.Maui.FormValidation. Masking stays on DataMask. Input is trimmed or space-stripped, then compared in uppercase.

Capabilities

Pan.IsValid accepts ^[A-Z]{5}[0-9]{4}[A-Z]$. PAN has no checksum.
Gstin.IsValid requires 15 characters, state 01–38, an embedded PAN, an entity code, Z, and the mod-36 checksum.
Aadhaar.IsValid requires 12 digits and a Verhoeff checksum. Spaces are ignored.
Iban.IsValid requires a known country length and a mod-97 checksum of 1. Spaces are ignored.
